Five years ago, the Government consulted on how the dangerous practice of pavement parking could be tackled in England.

The Government has yet to respond. No plans to end pavement parking have been unveiled.

For five years vulnerable older adults, disabled people and families with children have been pushed into the road onto oncoming traffic.

Five years of inaction has had a big impact. Someone isolated in their home due to pavement parking has lost out on five million walking steps. A catastrophic effect on mental and physical health.

Together we want to show how pavement parking is affecting the lives of people up and down the country. If pavement parking is a problem in your area – fill out our form and add to our map of dangerous pavement parking hotspots parking across the UK.

Our map will be open until 22 November 2025 – the five year anniversary of the close of the government’s consultation.
